mostly after changing nameservers, it take some time to propagate to the new ip or hosting..

but if you want to check where it is propagated and where not.....??

Because if ISP cache the data means(to save their bandwidth and lookup) it take more time to propagate

After changing nameservers, just check from USA proxy or something, Yes domain will propagate instantly, but you check in India means, it take lot of time to propagate..
