Car Stereo CD player (MP3)

Hello my friends car has a CD (MP3) Player. Friend and i purchased songs from itunes, and after converting it to .mp3 we burn approx. 40 songs on to the CD at 4X speed (mp3). The problem.-- It works perfectly on my laptop, but in the car it is one track with all songs. Help?
