LR - to hell.
Not PP, not PZ - Webmoney is the most secure system for all uploaders.
If somebody can't use webmoney to get money - this is another point.
But if filehost faced problems with WM - it's something completely new.

Im working with you, I know you good host, even without USA I upload files, and I'll be here while your working. But you do not hurt me, please.

Ryushare doesn't have problem with WM, but 'cause WM is very famous and many uploaders use it, he can not buy a big amount of WM in short time, then you have to wait more
