Sorry but not sure what you mean by " got a 2 the same quotes @ once"

If you mean you get the quote tags duplicated when you hit the icon it is usually a mouse sensitivity problem with your home computer.

If everyone is getting the same problem try going to admin panel and click settings. The click the general tab and choose turn minify js/css off...
