people were selling points illegaly

If they don't, what service offers this? I'm looking for what Rapidshare used to be like in the old days where you can earn a premium account from uploading.

I think you should ask them. RS doesn't ban/lock accounts because of DMCA/hosting copyrighted materials.

rs mostly change password if you connect more than 2 ips in SAME day (mostly near times) and send you new password
after twice password changes,then LOCK the account.

and if you upload your files to rapidshare and give the links all together with the other host links in your posts, people only downloading from rapidshare.

those have RS pro will download from ur RS link & those dont have would not ,cause in RS dree users speed is sux,so better users will download from other mirror fast links.
