My website takes too much to load the Home page

Is there a way to find what's the problem and how to fix it ?

Remove all external ads & external images..

I was always using external images and I was getting 1s Load time so I don't think the problem is from them

i'm also the same, and my page size is more than 5mb !
also 7 days ago was 1mb with the same images !

i think it maybe from the host i'm in, so i will move to VPS asap

disable useless plugins and try to upload your images on 3rd parties img host...
and every weeknd try to optimize your db tables via phpmyadmin its simple!

Use http://gtmetrix.com to help you optimize your site. It's awesome and I've used it for over a year when it first launched in beta.
GTMetrix will also notice your using wordpress automatically and provide additional suggestions for you.
