Video Streaming on VPS or RDP?

Hi , I want to know can I do the following thing.

I want to Stream HD video into sites like yycast or justin.tv
The stream will be played on Windows RDP or VPS and using capture software like manycam or webcammax i will capture it (Screen Capture) and using Adobe FME stream into yycast or justin.tv or any other..

Is it possible through windows RDP or VPS without Lag .

sure you can, but for capturing make sure you have powerful RDP/VPS because it will be laggy if you're using low-end CPU & small RAM

You do realize that you can play prerecorded streams from a regular linux VPS box with just open stream software and minimal resources?

I do not advise video streaming in elements shared, because it will harm other users who are sharing the same server that you.

it's best to buy your own dedicated server than shared RDP
i think most of RDP providers avoid that kind of usage on their server

Lemme know which stream source you're getting it from, chances are we can do that via linux as well
