Who started "Reward Scheme" first?

Im curious. Who started "Reward Scheme" first? Im not talking about points system that Megaupload and Rapidshare had 3-4 years ago.

Im talking about the reward system Fileserve, Filesonic, Wupload etc had?

I first saw it in Hotfile. Who knows??

If you wanna know who started the "monetary reward" scheme, MU did allow exchanging points for money since long ago and they were most probably the first, and so did Megashares (I think). Hotfile was most probably the first to introduce a PPD scheme like the ones we see these days, though.
