Looking for ultra cheapo VPS (USA)

Hey guys.
I'm looking for an ultra cheapo VPS for hosting a number of really simple wordpress sites.
The VPS should have something like 128MB RAM, 10GB HDD and maybe like 5gb traffic (I'll probably use around 100mb).

These are basically sites I'm creating as EMDs in order to promote my money site, so they won't really be using much traffic.

Oh.. almost forgot. The VPS should run with CentOS and have Kloxo pre-installed

I'll also want pricing for additional IPs.

Any ideas?

Yeah there good servers but what you get for your money sucks to be honest.

VPS6 require 6-months payment in advance, so that's out the window.

A few days ago I try Hosterbin. But they do really have problem with OS template in VPS.

OK guy. I'm still looking here. So both VPS6 and hosterbin offer only semi-annual plans for the cheap VPSs. Not only that, but additional IPs cost $2 a pop.
Anyone know any companies that offer lower priced IPs? I think that'll probably be the deciding factor here as I plan on gradually buying more and more IPs and eventually having anywhere between 10 and 50 ips.

You can also check on http://lowendbox.com you might be able to find an affordable VPS server there or you can also checkout NQHost http://nqhost.com/cheap-vps.html

virplus.net - really dodgy looking site. All plans have no info on them. IPs cost $2 a pop.
The other two http://lowendbox.com/ and http://nqhost.com/cheap-vps.html don't have any mention of additional IP costs :/
