The massive grey part, is that really needed inbetween the logo/tabs?

My suggestions:

- Few fixes needed here.
1. The chatbox and Latest posts is huge, make them smaller.
2. The cats for them are too big, and the text is out of place.
3. The forums, the forum section is too small, the latest posts takes up too much space.

- Alternating Row colors globally if you're going to do it in the chatbox and lp box, please.
- Shout! Button way too big. (Most people just press enter.)

- This doesn't blend, font is hard to read. (http://i.imgur.com/cF4Ek.png)
- Center the whole postbit.

epic use of Ajax (statistics etc) , overall it looks awesome.

Social Networking links are to be fixed ....

That's not Ajax I like the design though the search bar is big and the input is too small.
