I'm currently with cronichosting.net but they have stopped with they've sold out on their 1GB Uplink vps. They only have 100mbps.

For that budget I can't think of anywhere, maybe you're confused and after a Remote Desktop account?

No, I mean a restricted access account on a windows server.

I'm sorry to say, but I doubt for $35 you'll get a 1gbps 4gb Ram windows VPS
so I thought you may have been confused with what you were after.

Expensive, but very fast speeds.
