How to show only post title and image thumbnails on homepage

Hello friends i am new to wordpress . I need your help .
I want to show only image thumbnails [on left of post titles], post titles[on the right side of image thumbnail] ,author name , post date , category name of the posts . Here is an Example of how i want it to look , see this image - http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-2tBGCEANLQ...00/example.png
So is there any specific plugin to do so [tried finding on wp but didnt get it ] or if there is code editing plz explain it to me in detail

Money hungry dljawed , u r wrong , i have helped many bloggers in complicated blogspot code editings without taking a penny [ not that i brag abt it] n have got help frm many in my starting days of blogging [free of course], its only last 2 days i have started using WP , my problem got solved one of the members gave me the css codes n the explained the steps in child theme editing .
Mods u can add to this thread title as [resolved] as my problem is solved
