Here is a Small Trick to know if your Antivirus Sleep or not

it must detect the file and delete it ! if not , Change to a new one

1. Open Bloc Note in C:\
2. Copy-past This code

3. Save it in C:\

it reacts or not ?

EICAR is a code corresponding to the level signature as a virus to test the virus.
It can test the effectiveness of a virus protection.

So please take your time to others ...

Last bit of advice, once testing is complete, return to the root of C:
normally, the file is gone ...

Now days we don't have to do this. the simplest way is to go to a cafe and insert the pendrive and then come back home and insert the same pendrive to our computer and then see if your antivirus works or not because cyber cafe's pc contains lots of virus than any other computer.. and it is a real fact and truth [eviljmz]
