    Hi,
    need dedicated server for host Arma II DayZ game

    Spec:

    CPU: Quad Core @ 3Ghz+
    RAM: 4GB RAM
    HDD: 50GB - 500 IOPS minimum. SSD or SATA 3
    Network: 100Mbps+ dedicated
    Bandwidth: 2TB or more.
    Windows server 2008
    Loc: DE, EU

    Leaseweb.com and ovh.com bad combination servers. Not need 1TB hdd, 16GB RAM...
    Price around 150€ is high.

    server.lu seems to be better, but cost about 80 € for me is high.

    Check out 1paket.com dedicated servers. They have provided their servers in DE and prices are quite modest.

    This should be easy to do. I would recommend something other then OVH and leaseweb for a DayZ server with lower specs as I am a player also Do you have a current budget for your server?

    Since you're hosting a game server, one of the best questions to ask would be; What is the location of your players?

    Determining this will help us pick a suited location for you aswell, or even a central location which best suits everyone playing.
    It's amazing, being in a community can cause hate. Competitors or not - DDOS isn't cool :)
