Need your help website experts on this one

Hello ! my KWWH fellow members , i need your help . Till now i have used blogger platform , know a bit about wordpress . I have used RDP , know about sborg script but not used it yet.
I want to start a site similar to below sites . I want to know how the following sites posts anime episodes [videos] [on various filehosts + torrent][see their post format] so quickly as soon as it is released on internet . Now, i know this has to be an automated process but how its done . As soon as the torrents are released on torrent sites [Ex. www.nyaa.eu ] you can see those episodes immediately on these sites then let it be morning 3 am or evening 7 pm , these sites just have those episodes immediately after torrent release .The following sites -

I have read about wbot but then if you see the individual posts i dont think wbot could do it ? Guys please check these sites and tell me how they do it . I have still lot to learn in this field and i really need your help on this one .

Nyaa is a torrent tracker with submissions, while the animetake and others use something like a script + user submission filehost/DDL/torrent.

I know there's a WP plugin (WP Trader) for making a quick torrent tracker WP site, not sure about DDL submissions, but AFAIK it can also be made in WP. Using ready scripts could be easier, but I think making custom scripts, or having someone make one will be more secured.

Tennouji does this WP Trader downloads files from torrents on the webhost ? if so then there must be another script which would automatically upload it filehost ?
Web experts plz review these sites and tell me how it is all done

I think you need a different script for indexing torrents from other tracker sites like tokyotosho/nyaa.

If you want to download the torrent file to a remote server and then upload it back, then you will need a php script of such type.

It should cost you some hundred bucks to get a custom script like that
