Awesome news ! But the rates are too low and with up.to you don't know when the admin change plans again (he does it more often then anyone).

good move... looking at their payment gateway they seem to have established a solid list of payment option . they wouldnt have reactivated PPD unless they were sure that their payment gatway would no longer be disturbed. PPD is the fastet way to regain their popularity and considering their good reputation for solid stability, they will be back on top soon !

Uploaders should live with any rate now ! just work harder ! they era of 40$/1000 download is long over ! host are more cautious ! just work hard, make up for lower rate !

just asking daily download count in the past from Ul.to. Anyone has got 2000 download
per day. Anyone upload over 100 mb earn nearly 5 euro per 1000 download is 6$ per 1000 download.
