I also used adfly on my links and I think they look at the amount of traffic your files are generating and will disable accounts if it looks suspicious.

I also have my workaround regarding bandwidth. I can just create at least 10 accounts and divide my bandwidth usage.

Maybe it depends on how large capacity you have used.
I stored 8TB there, and my friends are 2 ~ 3 TB in average (some of them have never shared their files).
    All our accounts were disabled.
Sorry for my response then. I thought you did not employ safety procedures, but I guess 2TB is too much for them =/.

You say Hotfile to backup... it seems an even worse host from past experience for storing any files.

Yeah, hotfile downgrades your premium if your daily download volumn exceeds about 100GB.
They delete your account if you get 1 DMCA.
However, without sharing, I don't think I will receive any DMCA, so I choose it.
If I lose RapidShare one day, at least I can pay for 8 ~ 10 premiums and download up to 30TB in a month in order to retrieve my backup.

Actually, I cannot find other filehosts that allow many tens to TB backup now.
Before Jan 2012, a lot of filehosts allowed it, such as MegaUpload, FileServe family, and FileSonic family.
Now I don't have so many choices.

For personal storage we will recommend an alternative to Dropbox and Box. Please see our product at Megacloud.com

We also have a Pay Per Sale program available on CJ.com - Please verify your authentic details through them and we can do business together.

There is no download limitations on your files (or captcha).
