Hi Doneshare, my files can be only downloaded when I log in (while the website always force me to log out!!!). Here are the details:

1. Sometimes I cannot log in, it shows ‘UNKOWN USER’.


2. But I can log in successfully after trying again and again. (I use exactly the same username and password!)





3. My files can ONLY be downloaded when I can successfully log in.



4. Sometimes, it shows “UNKNOWN FILE OR DELETED” after I press F5. Also, I cannot log in after that! It shows ‘UNKOWN USER’again.
