I have used linkbucks before, you earn very little though. I?ve seen people use adfly for porn, but u risk your account getting suspended at any time. I?ve seen it happen to people with 40 bucks on it and such, so they will do it eventually.

What about quidlinks, I use them but they don't pay very much. Better than nothing

linkbucks, urlcash and quidlinks are trustable options
quidlinks is new one , i know his owner , he is trustable guy and i have advertised on quidlinks and my campaign is still goin on.

Another one is xxlink i have signed up and they are for adult traffic. They also have script for converting all external links to paid links or only choosen ones. (similar to adf.ly)
