You dont need a plugin to do that ... just add a class according to the links in the container and style those boxes using css ..

If using custom fields to store links for different sites , you can style the links background according to the meta_key of the custom field ....

You dont need to add the images everytime , just upload them to your server and add the classes according to the domain name of the links in the respective boxes , then in your css file style the divs/elements with the class of each domain name with the background image for that particular site..
