Paypal dispute

I filed a paypal dispute because the seedbox I purchase is no longer online. I got a reply back:

Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund.

So whats the point of having a Resolution Center since Paypal only concern if the goods were shipped? Would I be able to file the same dispute again?

You can't file the same dispute again. And yeah a paypal dispute won't be helpful with virtual items.

PayPal doesn't care about digital goods you basically have been served.

I didnt know that. From now on, I'll make all virtual payment using my credit card so that I can charge back. I didnt know PP was so shit.

Thats why i use credit card with Pay Pal. Charge backs are instant!
