I doubt filehosting industry will ever die. they are like a one-thousand head dragon or something . you cut one head, 3 more grow ! we see more hosts popping out everyday. it take considerable resources to track down each one and shut them down . these companies have to spends tons of money on lawyers and stuff for each case. they will go after big ones but there are just too many hosts !!! kill the big one to scare the small ones wont work any longer !

1. it means that oron has no funds to pay you in the next 2 weeks - Ouch!
2. it means that oron will have trouble to pay the next bill of leaseweb. Ouch!
   Maybe leaseweb will stop providing services for oron and the website will go down.
3. it means that oron is given the opportunity to defend themselves in court in the hearing. They can't move their cash and assets as the amount sued is considerable. If they fail in the hearing then the judge is able to seize all assets. What can they say to defend themselves?
