I want to ask if it is legal to host a Open Source Download Website on OVH or Leaseweb


I would like to Host all files on a single Server and make them available for Direct FTP/Http Download

and I realy don't know if that legal is

I don't think there would be any problem if you are the one who created the software and/or you have genuine rights to publicly distribute those software.

I mean Sharing/Hosting Open Source software ( not Created by me ) like Ubuntu , Centos , Openoffice etc ... and of course without changing anything on the software

Yes it is legal to host Open Source download Website for an example take a look at http://filehippo.com & http://www.oldapps.com/ both sites are hosted in the USA.
