Newthread and editpost - "File does not exist"

Hi, i'm installing vbulletin atm.

If i try to open a thread or edit a thread as administrator i get

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /editpost.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache Error Log

There is no mod_security installed.
Chmods are 644 for both files.

Any idea whats wrong there?

Check your server settings. Is your PHP Up to date? or you may have some error in htaccess.

.htaccess is empty.
Dont have access to the server settings as it is hosted on shared webhosting php version is 5.2.17
