How can I run a PHP script locally without xampp?
I have this PHP script that renames the files the way I want, Now I want to use it in a windows RDP, and my RDP provider says "Xammp is a webserver app, and it is not allowed in RDP." , I just need to somehow run the script.

Just to add, you could install PHP and then just run it as command line.
