going to install windows xp
hi
i am going to install a windows xp student version i have downloaded on my home computer....But once i downloaded all parts a image file comes out ..
can anyone tell me how to put this on c-d or put a step by step guide on how to do it...

it should be an iso. Use something like power iso 2 burn 2 a disc.

the problem is, that your wanting to install xp... get windows 7

windows 7 or xp.
I have them both,one on laptop other on xp.
What ever you do dont get vista.

Use Windows 7 Instead Of Windows Xp......
7 Is Far more Better Than Xp Both In Performance(Aah Not So Smooth), Features And Security...I am the TharkiBaba >_> Oh well thats my websites name -_-

While Windows 7 is a good OS it still needs improvements, Windows XP is still beating Win 7 by a hair.

warezcliff.com wareztrek.com alsofts.comWindows 7 is good now a days if u are using win xp sp2 you can not share the files between two computers if u do some registry modification u can share i saw this problem in my laptop, desktop as well as 0-15 desktop with same problem so if u want to use xp the go for higher version like xp sp3 else windows 7 rocks
