Cheapest Rdp available

I am in need of a windows rdp. I will not be uploading/downloading.. I want the server to run 24 hours... i will just be using thema poster on it.. 10mb/s port enough , 1gb ram and 10gb hd [trollolol]

with that budget you only get cheap (crap) host.

how much difference could it make ? between a high dedi rdp running thema or a low crap host running thema [meh] and i said.. encipher,trizzle rdp. had stated that it would price around 2-3$..

when i said host i mean web host service. no provider will give you rdp for 3$ (unless he's a friend loosing money)
