Server location for webhosting.

Hey all,

I wanted to know everyone's opinion about the location of the servers for web hosting services. Where would you like to have your websites hosted? Offshore (If so then which location?) or Onshore (If so then which location?).

I will be getting another server soon and want everyone's opinion.

Germany is hub for all providers across Europe. The services are very cheap if you find the right one, and the network is one of best in Europe, but it is not offshore location.

There's only one reason anyone on here would vote anything other than USA, be prepared for many DMCAs my friend.

I voted the US because it has superior networks in most cases.

I find it hilarious how almost everyone votes for the 'offshore' locations without taking anything else into consideration. Clearly we know what kind of things you're going to be hosting.
