Yes because once u disable testing csf becomes enabled.

Talk to your web host csf could be conflicting with the node if the node has a firewall.

try to white list transmission on lfd whitelist. Also check logs of both csf and lfd.
Also you can just disable lfd alone. goto csf.conf and edit

LF_DAEMON = 0

i cant find whilist whre it is?

just edid /etc/csf/lfd.pl add this $timing = 1; then just restart ifd
service lfd restart

you must add this full command at starting

$timing = 1;

not only "$timing" thats why you got error.. then restart the service

i found this on csf install note:

You should ensure that kernel logging daemon (klogd) is enabled. Typically, VPS servers have this disabled and you should check /etc/init.d/syslog and make sure that any klogd lines are not commented out. If you change the file, remember to restart syslog.i dont read that before, now its working
