HTML Site Upload to FTP Error

Hey, I have been working on the development of a template, when I open it in my local files it is all sweet and working, but when I upload the files to the server it doesn't seem to read the CSS/JS.

- Yes, The files are in the right directories.
- I am using a mac and safari, has been tried also on a PC on chrome.
- It is a linux server.
