How much amount do you have in your PayPal?

If you have a Payoneer MasterCard then you can withdraw money from your paypal in Pakistan.
If you don't want to wait that long then i can offer you PayPal to MoneyBookers exchange but I will charge 10% Fee.
But if you don't have moneybookers, I have some relatives in Pakistan so if you have some big amount in Paypal then I can send Pak rupees to you (After deducting 10% fee) via EasyPaisa.
