Need Help with Leaseweb and DMCA
I am planning to purchase 100TB servers in Leaseweb.If DMCA is handled properly in 24hrs do they have any problem, will they shutdown the server or is it ok to go with them ? please someone help. Thx i Advance !!

Definately not good for DMCA.
100tb is run by SoftLayer (same reputation) so I suspect they would be the same. Although I have no experience with them.

You cannot ignore their notices and if you do so they will suspend your server and you can't even fool them by just replying to their notices that you have removed the content. They actually check if you have removed the content or not.

I had very well experience with them, and never had issues regarding DMCA with leaseweb, I often receive abuse messages and I handle them myself.
DOMAIN NAME WEBBYHOST.NET WAS LISTED FOR SALE

You will not face any issue if you remove the infringing contents and reply back within a reasonable time.
