Where would I find it? There's no shared folders as this is the only computer on the network without a homegroup...

Are you sure there aren't any shared folders ? I mean did you check for them.

if not type '\\127.0.0.1' in the 'Run' dialog box and hit enter, you'll be able to see all the shared folders.

Download "Combofix" from bleepingcomputers and give a try...
It will fix everything unattended... whatever it is....
