i bought hosting and domain so in my forum there is warez will the host find out that it has warez and shut it down lol

Basically hosting companies don't care what's on their servers unless they recieve an complaint.

no way! they just showing you pulpy orange for increase thr sales...actually thr no such like hoster which ignores DMCA.
keep one thing in mind...never post new stuff earlier! if you wants to post new stuff then try to change its SEO titles likes.

you should contact the hosting providers, and ask for them.
But I do not see any harm host a warez site. It's no problem.

Well , there is no big deal in hosting a warez site . DMCA also can get ignored to some extent , but not fully as when the legal queries comes then all hosts have to take their step back .

Anyways only for the warez linking sites i don't see any harm as well .
