I've never used escrow for selling facebook pages, but I don't doubt that it can be done.

I've mainly used escrow to sell high dollar sites that ranged above 1000$.

To me its awesome because it provides a piece of mind, even if it is a little pricey.

Escrow is safe for anything you are selling..lol. If you are just selling a facebook page then Escrow will be fine..Escrow is what people use to sell houses so I would think an FB page would be alright
