I will not say this is bad tutorial but if you setup key authentication it will be easier as well as secure. As you will disable direct login detail and use key to authenticate. Once you load key it wont take more than a second to connect server.

They have described it completely so any newbie can do it easily. If you are already know the putty and peagent you can easily configure it. All you need to generate private and public key using puttygen, assign passphrase. Need to upload public key to the server and keep private key with you.
