Colors are messed up after installing a graphic card

Sounds like a driver issues, are you sure it supports windows 7?

change the resolution, that could solve the problem, if it doesnt u still got a nice abstract look on your desktop, looks like van gogh...

Changing resolution will do nothing

Reinstall the driver and reboot the computer multiple times.

Might be some problem with your color settings ?
Whats the refresh rate ?

Refresh rate is 60 hertz ..which Os u r using

try setting it up to 75Hz
and did you try to install Nvidia Physx ?
