How to mass convert url to html

hey,
I gotta wordpress blog, and have few url i want to post on it, but unfortunately plain links has big gap between each other, so i need to convert them to html.
Is there any tool to do it ?

example:
I need to convert this url: http://www.google.com/

to

<a href="http://www.google.com/">http://www.google.com/</a>

I know wordpress post editor has this option, but I can't edit each link, i need to do hundred of url at once.

I'm actually using the plugin "auto hyperlink"
but seems like it's adding the extra space between urls

Also can be done in MS Office word using macros OR use macros addon in your browser itself OR just write a few line php/java/c++ or any program to do that. Its a very easy thing and can be done by various methods.

in the Suffix I need to add the same link aswell so this online tools don't work

Oops, forgot about that. Use the other methods i suggested.
Edit:
Online tool website can be used. You just had to use some brain. Anyways, here is the trick.

User prefix as:
<a href=" to all the texts and suffix as /"> . Then save the entire stuff which comes up to a text file.
Then again in a new page, use suffix as </a> . Then you have 2 files. You just have to combine them line by line, now go here http://textmechanic.com/Merge-Text-Line-by-Line.html Put both the text files in both the boxes and the final thingy is what you wanted

it's really complicated, the easiest way would be editing the plugin "Auto-hyperlink URLs" so it would not add the space between the links.
If anyone could do that, PM me I'll pay you for it
