    lol, change all site-vps-ssh-cpanel-ftp related passwords from some other pc than yours, then reinstall your system.

    Judging from their messages on your website and the one you posted they seem quite skids to be honest, the only way i think they could have done it is by infecting your PC with a Keylogger, good luck.

    format your computer before you do anything else. Ideally you shouldnt be using a business PC as an everyday computer. Maybe the best idea would be to dual-boot ubuntu/windows. Conduct your business in linux, and use windows as your "everyday" setup.

    If you used some nulled theme, or premium theme download illegally, it's really hard to remove this shit because they will continue installing over and over. Or you really thought that they share this for free just to be nice? lol

    I highly recommend you to delete ALL the files that may be infected (you can use this: http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/ to know which files check), after this, you might check all your folder permissions, then change your FTP password for something really hard.
