Which Filehosting will be better for Uploaders as well as Downloaders point of view?


I had checked many File hosting site in KWWH ,unfortunately most of them have several problems according their PPD plans,such as:-

1)
Usage space for registered users: most of them providing < 400GB space
2)
Download speed : < 200kbps
3)
maximum file Download limit for free/guest : < 700MB
4)
waiting time between 2 consecutive download : > 15mins
5)
For D group/Tire (Rest of the World): for 200 to 500mb files/ 1000 download = give away only < $5

is there any filehost,which can overcome these above faulties?
