Rapidshare Account Disabling, due to Sharing

Hi,

One of my many accounts which was shared.

At first RS would change the password & email me.

Yesterday they Disabled it completely and upon email asked me a few silly questions like where i download from n this n that..

I wanna know if they changed their stance on account sharing and gone aggressive, from just changing passes to banning people more often.. ?

Just email them that your account got hacked and you donno anything inside the account.

They have been doing that for a long time now. They give you 3 warnings. just dont share it more then twice.

lol. ya rapidshare is a bitch nowadays
my mate had 1, andhe got banned and lost his money with them.
they dont let you have different ips

yep, you wont get your accounts back either, they take 1 month+ to sort it out for a one month account.

Got mine back lol.

Made a story of being out of country and dynamic ip.

they never before blocked any of my shared accounts. just emails of new pass.

They're gonna warn/change your password 3 times. The 4th time, they'll ban. If you ask them to remove the ban, they'll ask you where you download from, and then they'll make up excuses to not give it back to you.

The 'ban'/'pass change' comes in if/when they detect 3 different IP's downloading simultaneously. So as long as you're sharing an account with 2 people, you're good to go.

Alternatively, invest in a cheap VPS, and install a Rapidshare premium link gen script, and share that with everyone. That way you could share 1 account with 10 people, and RS could not do shit to you
