Warez blog, domain question

Hi. I am running a warez blog offshore, and i trust my hosting company not to give my details to anyone. But netfirms say they will, if legal authoirities ask if i have warez website.

Does it mean anything? I will delete my content if i ever get a notice, do i risk anything then? Wont they warn me first if its a blog, and will they ask domain registrar?

They usually contact you first and if you ignore them then they will contact domain registrar.

But If you remove the content they ask you to you should be fine

on Onshore, I got my website disabled from a DMCA complain. But they never contacted me, they contacted my hosting company, and they disabled my website. My hosting was Dreamhost.
I currently have an image host site, with them, and a week ago I got my first DMCA complain at this site, they disabled again my website by putting __Disabled after the domain name in FTP and asked me to remove immediatly two of my images. I have removed the images, renamed the domain in ftp without __Disabled, and got back to work.

Its not Big Deal, unless you're one of the Biggest Player, you don't have to worry, but don't abuse
