    But of course, it'd cost you a fortune for bandwidth in such places, so you and everyone else asking this question should learn more about what you want.

    What you should be asking is, "which well-connected country is safest?" or "which data center is safest?".

    After all, you'd be a moron to buy servers in places like Iran just for some random warez site.

    Note: my answer to the questions i proposed is "any as long as you don't act like a retard and ignore all notices thinking you're untouchable".
