How to backup/copy a thread in vBulletin?

Hello everybody,

I have posted 7000 vidoes in a forum(exbii.com), I am not the owner of it. However, I would like to copy/backup my entire thread/topic to Office Word/WordPad/Notepad.

So that, if they remove the thread/topic, I can post these 7000 videos to other forums.

Simply take a database backup of the whole site.
