Yea, you can encode at whatever time you want, all i care about is you do not run 2 encodes same time, multiple WINRAR processes and things which uses more then your fair share CPU USE.

As long as I do not see your encodes touching 99% CPU usage 24x7 and other clients telling us that "we can not do anything" ,I am pretty much ok with that version.

if you can see someone touching 99% CPU usage will you ban them instantly or advice them first to minimize the CPU usage?
