So how this situation, his thread closed and getting banned. Now he owner buyrdp too, he is scammer or not?

Well presumably when the staff banned him/her and said that he was a member with another account who had scammed before I think they were talking about 0ccul. And we all know the problem that happened with him and WWXS, so in my opinion I would not buy from either buyrdp or notionaire
