Filefactory vs Filedino vs Fiberuplaod

Hi i was considering Filefactory /Filedino or Fiberupload for PPD

I saw filefactory doesnt have FTP for free users thats a downside.
Any opinions about filefactory/ Filedino / Fiberupload?

Free Downloaders usually can't download files from Filefactoy, because most of the time it's server is overloaded and people get this error "No free slots available to download".
Fiberupload has increased it's minimum payout from 20 euros to 100 euros and they have not paid even to those who have collected 100 euros.
Can't say much about Filedino. It has removed the affliate page from the site. Moreover it's PPD rates are also not good. Only few people are using it.

Filesin is good but the major problem is that it pays only via alertpay and Moneybookers.
It DOESN"T pay via PAYPAL.....
