Best FTP & backup script to use??

So yeah CuteFTP PRO is starting to annoy me now, so i was wondering what other FTP programes which are as good or even better than it.

Imorting a backup:

I've always used bigdump, is their another one? Because it sometimes fails to import all the database from time to time.

backup: mysqldumper

Tried CuteFTP PRO but I use filezilla for FTP. Don't know which is better when importing a backup.

Trying out that FileZilla atm, will take some time getting used to, but looks ok.
