You lots are missing the point, you should question your so called democratic government that why did they ban it, the whole world can access it, its your right to access it too, it doesn't matter if you like it or not. The point is you're living in a democratic country and yet its not in your hands to choose. What if they ban KWWHunction or pornsites next which you love.

KARACHI: Social networking website Twitter has been restricted in Pakistan, Dawn News reported on Sunday.

According to the ministry of information technology, the website was banned due to blasphemous and inflammatory content. Calls for particiaption in inflammatory contests were being made on Twitter and it was due to this that such a step was taken.

Twitter is very popular in Pakistan and is also used by many prominent politicians and law-makers.
