Need serious designer for long term partnership

Hi guys, situation is:

I am in the process of learning everything there is to know about WordPress Theme programming.
But I am just the coder and I need designer to work with me. I am looking for someone who can design template in photoshop and slice the image so I can programm the theme and use images in design.

If you are not experienced in slicing, does not matter. I am not pro either, but I learn every day. That is what I expect from my partner too.

This is how I imagine this would work: At the beginning, we develop a few themes for practice, just to get 'in' the zone.
Then, we try our best and develop the best possible free theme and publish it on wordpress.org to gain some popularity.

After tha, each month we develop two themes, one free and one paid. I already have the domain and name for the Theme development team.

Our goal would be to become recognized theme developers. Of course, with time, we would partner up with one or two more ppeople to help us out.

If you see yourself in WordPress theme development, want to learn and achieve something with me, pm me with some of your designs (original) and we will go from that.

So let me just clear things up a little...

We make multiple themes free of charge and release them over on wordpress.org and here and maybe some other webmaster sites to get ourselves known.

We then give away free a theme a month, and sell another theme one a month?

Seems like a genius idea for me, just wondering though, you going to have a shopping cart on the site, use the word-press e-commerce plugin or just do email sales?

Any way this is approached, it seems like a really good idea and I actually had an idea of getting a few coders and designers together a few months ago and making free templates and giving them away, but not many people were interested in doing free work. Either way, free or paid, its experience and gets your name out there on the web.

Finally, are you going to let us no what the domain is and what the 'company/business' would be called? Or save it until you have the team fully together?

At first, we will do a few themes that we will only share here, just for practice, and to get feedback etc.

After we feel we are good enough, we will put a few great themes on wordpress.org, because it's a great way of promoting ourselves.

Of course, by then, we will have website with all of our themes to download.

Then again, when we feel like we can sell our themes, we will. By selling themes, I am referring to the system that all of other premium WordPress Theme developers have - paid membership to access all of our themes (+ support) (WpZoom, ElegantThemes, WooThemes...)

There is no rush, everything willl go slow and we will advance to the next level when and if we feel ready.
I really love doing this and if I can, I want to live from it one day and turn it to a real time job (great earning potential, hundreds of thousands of WordPress users and growing).

For example, ElegantThemes - membership is $40, and they have over 100 000 customers - calculate yourself.

This is just an inspiration, of course now it's a dream, but if we work hard, it can become a reality.

About the name, I would like to discuss that with the actual team when we agree on working together.
The name is not definite and is subject to change. I picked it because it seamed great to me, but if we enter this business together, we will make decissions together, name included.
